The guns germs and steel guy wrote a book about this it's called COLLAPSE; in this case it'll probably be quite violent.

bc, thankful he just turned 70 (one day before the first aerial slaughter of civilians 70ieth anniversary.); not interested in living in interesting times.

An interesting bit of information to include with the increase of cheap energy production over the last 2 centuries is the fact: that as energy production was increased population increased at the same rate although it lagged a few years behind. With that bit of information, some interesting questions can be generated.

1.. What happens to population as energy production decreases? 2.. If you conclude, the population will decrease, by what means will the population decrease?
