by reading the article on this web site:

Then scroll down the right side and select Byers on Leaky Word 
Documents. Finish by srolling further down to find Microsoft Advice 
on Securing Word Documents.

To avoid revealing all this information put final version of document 
in Adobe PDF format instead of Word DOC format.
