In essence yes. There are elements within the Evangelical community who are
finding their voice to oppose the use of torture by our military (and private
Black shirt army) as well as promote the conservation of the planet's
environment
However, the Dominionist MINORITY within the Evangelical community
remains committed to their opposition to the possibility of global warming as
well as their shared love for torture with our leader Dick Cheney , based on
suspicion and ethnic-religious identity or just plan ethnic hatred.
I just watched an Illinois congressman during the global warming hearing
proudly announce he was a creationist, and that he doesn't believe that
evolution stuff and he also can't believe that mankind can effect god's creation. As
Bill Moyer has said " the delusional is no longer marginal. "
