induced, they certainly are not going to get funding to do research from
the traditional sources. Thank goodness there are these few small grants

No one is saying global warming is entirely human induced. Natural warming
cycles are included as part of the study. But the current warming trends are
certainly significantly effected by Human activities.
BUT YOU ARE CORRECT. IT"S REALLY HARD TO GET GRANTS WHICH REQUIRE A CERTAIN
OUTCOME BEFORE THE STUDY IS DONE. THAT IS, UNLESS YOUR SOURCE IN
EXXON-MOBILE.
