Dear Colleagues:

Do any of you know of an online high school (or college) physics course that
is "successful"?

Thanks for your help.

Taha

The U.K. based Open University ("OU") foundation classes have in my
view been wildly successful in reaching mature students who formerly
had no avenue to materials of this quality, and who often had little
preparation in mathematical methods. The classes are not available
to non-residents but licensing agreements are apparently an option
available from their campus at Milton Keynes , UK.
Thirty years on, placing college materials on line is a growing trend,
visible from Stanford and MIT campuses to name two.

You will notice that I have avoided any mention of what constitutes
"successful". As the old saying has it: "You know it when you see it".
