George,
A quick search revealed no AST7700 but I saw one or two satellite dish movers,
like Uniden's UST7700 at. If all else fails I suspect you will find a usable dish mover
though the model may be different.

As to Kelvin's quote, I suspect he uttered something like, "There are people who say
there is nothing left to be discovered in physics ....but"
