I don't think that there is a textbook published anywhere in
the world that meets all of the criteria in David's e-mail (below).

But I do have a good suggestion that comes pretty close to his
requirements. I suggest Hewitt's Conceptual Physics Textbook
plus the additional 250 page soft cover book "Problem Solving
in Conceptual Physics for Conceptual Physics, 10/E" by Hewitt
and Wolf , 2006 (ISBN 0-8053-9377-3). Both of these books are
available now for the total list price of $150 from the
publisher, Benjamin Cummings.
