I too have been wildly deleting, but now I have to comment. If you
look at the historical figures, Kepler comes to mind...they were
looking for the mind of god as seen in the universe about them. They
were clearly coming from a faith-first point of view.
It might even be argues the Copernicus was willing to think of the
earth going around the sun because he was a neoplatonist who saw the
sun as the symbol of Jesus in the world, and so it was sensible to
consider the sun to be at the center, rather than the earth.

Newton, Faraday, etc. come to mind immediately! I don't think you
understand what faith means to a Christian, (or other believers
perhaps-
