Ludwik - are you  still on a Mac?
I had no trouble getting to that msnbc site using firefox (and Mac OS-X 10.4.2)
Some browsers can be set to PRETEND to IExplorer and get accepted by
a picky url.
(non-compliant HTML as specified by the w3 folks is usually the problem)

                www.w3.org  (Micro$oft don't need no stinkin' standards!!!!)
