I remember a sugar substitute that advertised itself as being the
equivalent of sugar. They even had a table that declared

subs = sugar
1tsp = 1tsp
2tsp = 3tsp
1tbs = 1tbs
2tbs = 2tbs
.
.
.
1cup = 1cup
