I was taught that Uism was non creedal, but that doesn't make it
non-Christian by one of the dictionary definitions quoted earlier. I
should have written, ... one of the non-exclusive afore mentioned
requirements ...

The Hinsdale, Illinois, Unitarian Church (which I attend) led the
U.S Unitarians out of Christianity in the 1890's. The by-laws of the
present day Unitarian-Universalist Association now prohibit the imposition
of any creed as a condition for membership.
