Hi all-
        I've been reading up on evolutionary biology recently.  Oil and
water, it turns out, do mix at very low oil (fat, that is) concentrations.
The mechanism depends on the electric dipole moment of the water molecule,
which plays a crucial role in certain biological processes and (properly
proportioned) oil and vinegar salad dressing.
