[Phys-L] Re: California Physics Standards Test



Although I agree with most of John's comments, as listed on his website,
I think he underestimates the difficulties that many high school
students have with physics. Some of the distracters that are so
obviously wrong to us seem reasonable to many students. In particular,
Answer D in Question 9 is a very strong distracter. This is one of the
preconceptions that the FCI is designed to measure.
