Considering the definition of pressure and rewriting: F = P*A
But P is non directional, i.e. a scalar. Thus the F equation has type scalar
* vector which gives a vector in the same direction.Note F is out because is
out when you consider a balloon.

Does any one know why the "area vector" for a surface is defined as
being normal to the plane of the surface instead of parallel to the
plane of the surface?
