[Phys-L] Re: Cold Fusion (was another for Ludwik)

On Friday, Mar 18, 2005, Bernard Cleyet posted this URL:

The New Science article describes 13 areas of research; cold fusion is
described at the end. Some of these areas, are good examples of
proto-science. I think that what leading cold fusion researchers do is
proto-science; it is not pseudo-science. Thanks for sharing, Bernard.

Those who are interested in the history of cold fusion might enjoy
reading a short recent (September 2004) interview with Martin
Fleischmann at:

Haiko Lietz, who conducted the interview, is a young science reporter
from Berlin. I met him in Marseilles, France, where the last
International Conference on Cold Fusion (ICCF11) took place. My
estimate was that there were ~100 participants. The next conference
(ICCF12) will take place in Tokyo.
