Many programs do this. There is an online widget at
http://imagiware.com/astro/skycalendar.cgi It is based on code written by John
Thorstensen at Dartmouth.

Thorstensen wrote two excellent routines, SkyCalc and SkyCalendar, that run in
UNIX environments that get you this information and a lot more. They are both
available via FTP from the National Optical Astronomy Organziation (NOAO).
They are packaged together at:
ftp://anonymous@iraf.noao.edu/contrib/skycal.tar.Z

While much harder to use, XEphem is a higly praised free linux package. It can
be found at: http://www.clearskyinstitute.com/xephem/

Starry Night, Redshift, The Sky and Voyager are commercial packages that all
have educational editions and run under Windows and/or OS X. Many introductory
texts come with some version of this software included.
