| Just a note.

| By requiring a PhD recipient for this position you are
| prohibiting a large number of candidates who can do a vastly
| more superior job from applying. It is common knowledge that
| PhD recipients are not always qualified to deliver classroom
| instruction. As you may already know, they are actually
| prohibited and discouraged from doing so while earning their
| doctorate. When will the university community acknowledge this?

| Not to sound arrogant, but I could do this job hands down
| better than any PhD ever could. Yet, I'm automatically
| disqualified from even applying. It's only the student who
| suffer and we all know that.
