One can only wish this is true!  ;-)

This year's published policy for my class is that any cell phone that goes
off during class becomes mine for the next 24 hours--all weekend if on a
Friday.  Since loss of their cell would be akin to loss of a limb, I've not
had a 'taker' so far.
