Actually the scoring is somewhat coarser. I
think the individual judges can only score in 0.1
increments. There are maybe 7 (maybe 6 maybe 8)
judges which means the finest difference is about
0.1 / 7 = 0.0143. That is about the smallest
difference that I saw last night.
