Underwater Rotary Sprinker.

I replicated the water sprinkler setup, with a utility drill pump
to operate the garden rotary sprinkler both ways.

The rotary vane stopped when water was sucked into it, and only moved when
the pump stopped with a slight water regurgitation back out of the saprinker.
It rotated in the usual way when water was expelled in air, or under water.
