As a HS Sr. (1955) I wrote for the International Relations class the essay Lysenko
vs. Vavilov.

So when I discovered, this am, the above book remaindered for $3.98, I grabbed it.

Did I err? [Should I read it?]

I think I know what statements are being referred to, and as they are added
at the end, I would treat them lightly as akin to the sort of ads which are
added to Yahoo group messages, or possibly similar to bumper stickers. "I
brake for nobody", "Visualize whirled peas","Emmanual Kant but Ghengis
Khan","Quack" (this last one appeared during the Nixon era) ... name your
favorite.
