Does ASU have online courses for HS chemistry and physics teachers?
This
type of program would be of great help
to some of us that have difficulty getting away. I teach at a charter
school w/approx 210 students and we wear many hats, so time is of the
essence.
No, ASU doesn't.
However, the NSTA lists two sources: NTEN and the University of
Maryland
(for chemistry, but not physics). Visit
<http://www.nsta.org> and click on "professional info". Then click on
"NSTA
Institute".
I encourage you to forward this note to other science teachers in your
school. Spread the word, so that they'll benefit.
Cheers,
Jane Jackson
