Although I am not an Episcopalian, my first high school teaching
position was at an Episcopal school, Saint James School in Maryland --
where I first encountered _PSSC Physics_. I heard of William Grovesnor
Pollard around that time. The Advanced Book Exchange lists two of his
books, _Physicist and Christian: A Dialogue Between the Communities_ and
_Science and Faith: Twin Mysteries, Youth Forum Series_. I heard an
Episcopal bishop mention him in a sermon, though I no longer attend
Episcopal sermons. I believe I read the first of the books mentioned
above over thirty years ago. I remember discussing it on one of these
forums a few years ago. My copy, if I still have it, is packed away
somewhere, so I can't comment on it.
