If you have not already done so, please contact your power supplier as
soon as possible.  If they are not responsive within a short time,
search out your government electrical code authority (local, county or
state) for advice on how to proceed.

Persistent overvoltage is a message that something is malfunctioning in
the distribution system.  Transformer problem, grounding problem, etc.
