Ours was made by Welch, before they were Sargent Welch, I think. Their current catalog shows something similar.

We do an lab experiment in University Physics that I quite like and think
is educational. With a particularly large section this year I'm wishing we
could buy more copies of the apparatus, but I don't see any in the standard
catalogs. Does anyone know where we might obtain more copies of the
