Does anyone know if there are physicists which
specialize in electromagnetism and its relation
to the origin of the universe? I once toured at
LBL and toured one of their particle machine
rooms and had a chance to ask a student who
worked there if it was correct about the creation
of matter from a single (electron) particle. Are
there any works online for the lay person that
may offer a basic overview of the origin story
of electromagnetism, or has 'radiation' always
been around? Thanks for suggestions/URLs.
