Technically, the 2nd pair should probably be "vaporizing - condensing",
with evaporation and boiling being specific instances of vaporizing.
Evaporation = vaporization at the surface of a liquid, Boiling =
vaporization below the surface of a liquid, is the way the E & B words
are usually used, n'est-ce pas?
