I forgot to say that those who want to fetch Shoulders paper via google
(asking for "charge clusters) should select the pdf file; the html
document
does not show pictures. Pictures are spectacular but I am not impressed
by the form of writing. On the other hand I heard that N. Bohr was a
very
poor communicator.
