Which is why I am always tempted to comment when FCI scores are used to
'show' that my teaching technique is better than your teaching technique.
IMO, there are way, way too many variables here..not the least being the
tendency of newer techniques to be designed around getting good FCI
scores...to put much worth into such statements.
