There is literally daily progress on this issue so I didn't respond
earlier to your request, then forgot to (sorry). The quick answer is
"go to the main AAPT webpage <http://www.aapt.org/> right now and click
on AJP or TPT in the header bar".

If you want this experimental service (online searching and Full Text
article downloads) to be financially viable to the Association in the
long term, please strongly consider purchasing electronic access to
your AAPT journals through your yearly subscription choice. Finally,
urge your university library to buy paper and electronic access to the
AAPT journals-- they're still a low cost bargain and are much cheaper
than the professional journals the libraries are typically cutting
these daysl.
