        While I disagree with John's conclusions, my reasons will have to
wait until I have more time.  In the meantime, I'm afraid that he has an
unrealistically romantic view of our legal system, as in....

                Oh, no?  Go listen to closing argument in some indigent
ciminal trials.  Prosecutors do it all the time!
