A brief read of their 'Press Release' makes it sound like the units
will only be available from licensee's who will manufacture and sell
the units.

But hey - all it takes is a garden hose to provide a bit of 'make-up'
water and the energy flows without limit!!! (oops - maybe Jim Greene
can straighten out their language.  :-)
