Great, but did you _time_ the flights and then discuss the significance of
all the horizontally launched balls having the same time regardless of the
initial velocity/range? That's the point that will help lead to the ability
to separate the vertical and horizontal motions.

The week before the test, they had a lab that did all this..had them fire
it horizontally and then at different angles.... all to find the initial
velocity
