In some countries (and here if the "injured party" is affluent) ignoring
won't work. For example in England, Bill would be sued for libel and likely
successfully too. Here Oprah managed (because she has "money") to use the
first amendment (just barely) to defend herself from "food disparagement".
Be happy we still? have the first amendment.
