Oh, give me a break.

This is a physics list. In physics, questions are settled
by experiment and/or careful calculations based on theories
whose reliability has been established by observation.
Questions are are not settled by who argues the loudest or
longest.

If you are unwilling to do experiments and unwilling to do
calculations and unwilling to listen to those who _have_ done
the experiments and calculations, you have a problem.

Prejudice denotes making a judgement in the absence of
evidence. Our reliance on the standard methods of physics
is based on mountains of evidence. This is not prejudice.
It is the opposite of prejudice.

Do not attribute fear and prejudice and non-thinking to "us".
Look in the mirror.
