Notre Dame High School in St. Louis Mo. teaches all its classes in the manner you describe.

For grades you get CE, CS, NP, I
(credit excellent, credit satisfactory, not progressing, incomplete)

I don't know very much about it since I didnt go to high school there. You could probably contact them for more information.

I could ask my sister for the name and contact of the physics teacher there since my sister goes there...
