Does anyone know of a source for the small "suspension wires" that are used

Responding from general principles, without any insight into this
particular instrument,
I'd want to see beryllium copper wires if the suspension needed to be
conductive,
and fused quartz filament otherwise.
One could source suppliers from that peculiarly American, and logistically
invaluable
resource, the Thomas Register of suppliers <http://www.thomasregister.com>
