During baseball's spring training last spring (end of March), I saw a short
video clip of Randy Johnson (this year's Cy Young award winner) pitching to
a batter. As the ball neared the batter, a bird (seagull ?) swooped down
and was hit by the ball. The bird "ended" up as a cloud of feathers, and I
am unsure where the ball ended up. But, it was a pretty dramatic example of
a two dimensional collision (perhaps it was a three dimensional collision
due to the spin on the ball).
Anyway, I have been trying to obtain a copy of this video clip. Did anyone
else see this? Did anyone get a copy? Any ideas on how I might obtain a
copy? Thanks.
