Re: Interactive Physics 2000 Input wanted

Have not used the program, but from other work I've done in programming I'd
your first step would be download the OS upgrade to 9.2.1 (free I think to
OS 9 users).
Significant improvements in memory handling were made.

I'm using Interactive Physics 2000 on a MAC running OS 9.04. If I create a
simulation of any complexity I run out of memory when the simulation is run
after 50 frames. (I have set my memory allocation for IP2000 to 300 Mb!!!) I
do not have these problems with the last version of IP (version 3.x) running
the SAME simulation on less application memory. And worse, it seems if I
quit the file the program retains the values in memory which leaves even
less memory to run the next file. Does anyone else experience these problems
with IP 2000 on Mac? This is a problem not related to a single files but to
many different files.

Needless to say I'm doing most of my work with with the older version but I
want to use some of the new features in IP 2000.
