There have been a number of good suggestions by others.  Whatever you
do, document everything in writing and (if state law allows) tape your
classes for evidence.  

If the obnoxious student is a member of any current (or future)
designated minority, handicapped, religious, or alternative lifestyle
group protected by Federal statues, you may have to defend yourself
against violating her civil rights.
