Check out the Apple Learning Series kits at
http://www.apple.com/education/learningseries/
In particular the Secondary Math and Science kit has a full copy of IP 2000 and many other titles and the kit is only 199.
IP costs more than that alone (although you don’t get manuals in the Apple kit)
I just got five kits in the mail and they are awesome!
