Dear Paul,

The offices are indeed in Olympia, but their meetings often are held on
campuses at various locations across the state.  The next one is going to be
at the U of W, Tacoma campus on July 25th.

Does the Higher Education Coordinating Board of the State of Washington
really smoke in Seattle? I would have thought they did it in the state's
capital, Olympia.
