There is also another problem here. Without being explicit, I'll
ask you to consider why hearsay evidence is generally objectionable in
a courtroom.

Nature's rules do not make sense to me and a lot of the observations made of
nature must be put in the category, that's the way it is. So, we study
nature, find her rules and use them, whether they make sense or not. That's
the way it is.
