An excellent resource for all aspects of cosmology is the web site
created by Ned Wright at UCLA. This includes an up-to-date discussion
of the evidence for an accelerating universe.

The January 2001 issue of Scientific American has several articles on
cosmology, including one by Jim Peebles that is available on-line. In
it he gives a "report card" on several current ideas.
