To find Julius Sumner Miller videos you might try asking the physics
department at the Air Force Academy.  Professor Miller was a friend of
the department and the Academy, gave several lectures there in his later
years, and left a collection of memorabilia to the department.

I am not sure if there were any videos in the collection, but it would
be worth the question.  Their email address is at their web site:
