0) Still not obvious.

1) The real centrifugal field vanishes at the origin. The corresponding
contrived gravitational field vanishes at the origin by symmetry... seems
like a feature not a bug.

2) My construction was only claimed to work for D=2 embedded in D=3. D=3
was explicitly disclaimed. Coriolis effects were explicitly disclaimed, so
if the insect is actually moving all bets are off.
