Put it another way - let's share the largesse with the 10 million
Swedes in the vicinity: that's 4E8 watts per capita.

400 megawatts apiece indeed reinforces one's impression of the
Scandinavians as well-heeled (Their position in the standard
of living lists has long been a subject of envy in these
poor United States.)

Even 400 watts p.c would be helpful district heating on the
grandest scale - a slip of a million multiplier possibly?
