speaking of mirrors ...(and the AAPT apparatus competition)



(This is a plug for the AAPT apparatus competition, just concluded at Guelph,
Ontario)

Two different entries involving mirror symmetry won 'low-cost' awards at this
year's AAPT apparatus competition. One is called 'right-hand and left-hand
rules' (from Alice Churukian) , and the other is called 'Axial Vectors - A
Corridor Display' (from Gene Mosca and John Ertel of the Naval Academy).
