The 2000-2001 APS Member Directory will be printed and mailed
to members this Spring. Members may receive this directory
either in paper or CD-Rom format. The default format mailed
to members will still be paper.

If you have not already notified APS of your preference, you
may choose to receive the directory in CD-Rom format on a
special website and at the same time help us collect some basic
demographics for our records. APS has recently received requests
from committees and Unit officers that we were unable to fulfill
because the demographic information in our database is not
up-to-date.

Updating your demographics will only take a few minutes and will
allow APS Staff to better serve the membership. You can also
enter to win $100 in "APS Bucks" that will be applied to your
next renewal notice. Five web entries from those who supply all
the requested information will be randomly selected to win $100
in APS Bucks. One entry per member will be accepted and the
contest ends March 31, 2000. The five winners will be notified
in April 2000.
