Please get this word to K-12 teachers and nominate someone yourself.

The "Freida J. Riley" Teacher Award of $5000 will be given to an
American teacher who overcame tremendous adversity, or made an
enormous sacrifice, in order to positively impact students. (Riley
was the teacher, portrayed in the movie October Sky, who inspired her
students to pursue their ambitions to build rockets and then
tragically died at a very young age.)

For further details about the award or for a nomination form contact
The Partnership for America's Future Inc. at www.pafinc.com or call
PAF at 330-376-8300 or FAX 330-376-0566.

Nomination deadline: March 31

We know "teachers make the difference." Here's a vehicle to honor
someone for doing so.
